Project Summary
Artisan Sawmill Lofts, completed in 2014, was developed by the Sawmill Community Land Trust. The organization is committed to addressing affordable housing, economic development and redevelopment within the Sawmill/Downtown Albuquerque area. Chaparral Materials is proud to have partnered with Kenyon Plastering in providing the stucco for this mix of multi-family housing that is combined with small businesses. The upper floors have 62 housing units, while the ground floor has space for 15 small businesses.
