Project Summary

Chaparral Materials worked with Animas Valley Construction in building this striking private residence in Durango, Colorado. Partnering with subcontractor Ike’s Plastering, Chaparral Materials delivered Rocky Mountain Stone (the leading source for natural stone in New Mexico) for the exterior finishing. The Stone House was completed in October of 2013 at a cost of $1.5 million.
