Project Summary

Chaparral Materials worked with Commercial Enterprises in providing the Sto EIFS, framing, steel, drywall, fiberglass insulation and acoustical ceilings for the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in Albuquerque North. Located off I-25, the hotel was renovated in June of 2006. This six floor hotel has 122 rooms plus a restaurant, lounge, fitness facilities, and a business center. The location is convenient for travelers as it is adjacent to a major freeway and only eight miles from the Albuquerque International Sunport Airport. AFRA Contracting Company Inc. was the general contractor on this project.
