Project Summary

Casas del Rio in Albuquerque, the second development for the American Campus Communities at the University of New Mexico, is a 260,000 square foot development with 283 living units in four separate four-story buildings. It offers fully furnished one and two bedroom apartments to students along with numerous on-site amenities. Chaparral Materials worked with GC Hardison Downey and Genesee Southwest Builders and supplied the drywall for the project. It opened in 2013 with an estimated cost of $39 million.
